Cancellation Policy
Important
Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to processing. We do this so we can ship your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to cancel an order after it has been submitted.
Additional Shipping Charges
In some cases, orders may require extra shipping fees due to their contents, size, or remote destination. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipping to discuss the additional charges. At that point, you will have the option to cancel the order.
Our Right to Cancel
Appliance Champs reserves the right to cancel orders that require additional carrier charges that cannot be resolved with the customer.
